The GO PLANET has created its own internal cashless payment system. Payments for all attractions are done only by using Magic Card, which you can buy at any information desk in GO PLANET for the price of 0.50 LVL. The card does not have an expiry date.*

Once you buy Magic Card, you can immediately credit it with any sum of money without limits at all information desks. It is very simple to find out the balance of Magic Card, just give it the operator at any information desk or insert it in one of the Magic Card ATMs (in the video games room on the ground floor and at the restaurant entrance on the first floor).

When crediting Magic Card, a bonus system is applicable*. It is a system where you get additional money on your account when crediting Magic Card.
Each Magic Card user can become a member of GO PLANET VIP program*, if using Magic Card constantly. Once you become a VIP user, you will get a permanent discount on all attractions of our centre, and still be able to use bonus system of Magic Card.

 

 

- Balance on Magic Card cannot be exchanged for cash. Magic Card cannot be used for payments in the restaurant, cafe and bars.
- This card is not a credit card
- Administration of GO PLANET is not responsible for the lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- In case Magic Card is damaged, but it can be identified (clearly readable card ID number and bar code), and customer has kept all payment receipts, it may be possible to restore account balance.

Bonus system:

When crediting Magic Card, a bonus system is applicable*. It is a system where you get additional money on your account when crediting Magic Card

Bonus system means that when you credit Magic Card by at least 20 LVL, your card is charged with extra 2 LVL for free, of course, retaining all before accumulated balance.

VIP program:

Each Magic Card user can become a member of GO PLANET VIP program*. If Magic Card is used constantly and the sum of the spent money at GO PLANET reaches 150 LVL, you become a VIP user and get a permanent 10% discount on all attractions of our centre. VIP users are still able to use bonus system of Magic Card.
